Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service.
Today, as I prepare to enjoy this holiday weekend filled with friends, dancing, and camp fires; I pause and bow my head to give thanks to the men and women who have served our country and protected our freedom...

    Thanks for your support and kind comments about my brother's remission, Catherine. It's been a stressful week but I am finally coming back to earth!

    This is just lovely. I looked at it and thought, "Why didn't I think of something like this?" But I didn't...and you did! We all have different talents and these really unique ideas are part of your set of talents.
