Unbeknownst to me,
while I was totally absorbed taking pictures
my sweet friends
were
quietly taking photos of me.
The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking.

Your friends certainly got some great shots
Well, this is a pleasant surprise. It is fun to see some of the pictures that I got of you concentrating on the tulips. It was a fun get away and we even made it back in time for the ferry. Your shots that you shared of your flower shots are great.
Catherine,
This is so sweet! I know you love your camera. It seems to me that something about learning to use it better was your word of the year.
Just lovely!
Hugs,
Suz
P.S. Thank you for your nice comment on my Mothers Day blog.
That camera looks almost as big as you! But it looks like you are focused and really looking! :)
Lovely! The first shot is my absolute favorite! xo
Your photos with your camera off auto are wonderful! So fun to see you so intent on photographing the world around you!
Thanks for visiting. Sorry it took so long to say thanks.
hugs,

That is too funny! :) Jack Johnson sings a song about this- "Pictures of people taking pictures... of people taking pictures..." I don't think I'll be able to get the song out of my head now.
SEEING LIFE THROUGH THE LENS. ITS A POWERFUL, AMAZING THING. YOU GO GIRL
